BIO:
Dr Shalini Bhawal has a PhD in Management from University of North Texas. Her background includes a Civil Engineering from Indian University & MBA from University of North Texas. She worked for over six years in the construction industry prior to deciding to come to the U.S. to pursue her MBA & PhD. Her research lies at the intersection of business and society, and topics like managing technology and innovation and ethical implications of regulation interest her. Her work has been published in Fortune 50 Journal. In her classes, she loves interacting with students and making business topics relatable. She is presently teaching courses like Intro to Management, Organizational Design and Change, and Entrepreneurship & Business Strategy at Else School of Management.
