To: The 2023 EMBA Cohort President Kennedy said, “Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” This was on full display this weekend as I had the privilege of working with the new Else School of Management at Millsaps College EMBA cohort exploring leadership in their first virtual class. Some of the great takeaways and insights:
Leadership is influence that produces results
A lack of competence will undermine the best of leaders
Leaders have a teachable point of view that produces more leaders
