Students who receive scholarships and/or loans are required to submit an Application for Graduate Scholarships and Federal Direct Loans for each fall/spring, summer, and winter terms. Please follow the steps below to submit your form(s).

• Submit the Application for Graduate Scholarships and Federal Direct Loans form prior to each term(s) you plan to enroll. There are different forms dependent on which terms you plan to enroll. Please submit each form prior to enrollment for that term:

• Fall and spring sessions

• Winter session

• Summer term

Please complete each form as accurately as possible to include each scholarship you have been awarded and the amount for each, your anticipated credits of enrollment for each term, and the amount of student loan monies you anticipate receiving. Once completed, email the signed application to the Office of Financial Aid:  financialaid@millsaps.edu.
